This programme is mainly for nutrition guidance and education. We do provide guidance on exercise nutrition and science that focuses on metabolic health and fat burn. You will learn how to maximize your workout through nutrition and science.
Metabolic workout plan provided – designed for any age & fitness level. You only need 15 mins per day to complete this super effective exercise. You may also do your own workout or use the workout sheet provided at your own pace.
It would be ideal to prepare your own food, however, we understand we have different lifestyles and not everyone have the time to prepare their own meals. We will provide guidance on how to eat healthy when eating out too.
We will give you some recipe and food reference suggestions.
However, we do not really believe in following a set recipe / meal plan.
We will provide you with the full detox food list, macronutrients food list, phytonutrient food list, food list for specific conditions such as thyroid and bloating and etc.
You can prepare food based on the food guidance listed in our guide. However, you don’t have to get overwhelmed by all the new knowledge that you have to apply!
You can simply take a photo and send to us in the community group; we have our nutritionist coach to guide you throughout the 30 days, to keep your food on track and our recommendation will follow the type of lifestyle /food you prefer to make it sustainable and easy for you to follow.
We have set out protocols to help you achieve your goals. We are also here to help you to make some adjustments based on your lifestyle and needs and everyone has different goals and needs.
Our community group is here to support you to address your needs, challenges and to celebrate wins.
This programme does not encourage extreme dieting. We aim to provide you the tools and knowledge needed for a sustainable lifestyle be it weight loss or stay healthy and fit.
The community group is there to address your personal needs and goals.
We will have a private consultation that enable us to review your progress and result and provide personal guidance on how to progress after the programme ends.
However, if you have very different medical conditions and goals, and you want our full attention on you, you may consider the private programme.
